Paying by Check

If paying by check, please make your check out to Tampa Covenant Homeschoolers.   (You can use the OMELLA link on your invoice to make an ACH transfer from your bank account - OR)

  • Do not mail your check.  We have had some checks stolen from the mailbox.  Mailing your check is no longer an option.
  • Deliver your check to Bri at the Admin Table in the foyer of the Education Building on any class day between 9:15am and 2:00pm.
  • Please write your child's/children's names in the memo line so that we know what account to credit. 
  • Your payment will be applied according to the deadlines required.  For instance, payments will be applied to dues and materials fees first, then divided among all classes equally.
