Everything you need to know about payments in 2026 - 2027.

Payment Details

Membership Dues are due when you receive an invoice, about two weeks after you join Tampa Covenant Homeschoolers. Membership dues for the 2026 – 2027 academic year are $50 per family.

Summer Opportunities Deposits / Materials Fees are due upon registration.

Class Deposits are due on June 1st or immediately upon registration if after June 1st. This date may or may not align with SUFS scholarship funding dates. Please budget and plan ahead. If the payment deadline arrives before your funding, you are still responsible to pay on time. Late fees* will be charged for all late payments, regardless of SUFS funding status.

Class Fees are due on the first day of class.  Understanding that this is not always possible for every family, but respecting our instructors' financial needs as well, the Board of Tampa Covenant Hoemschoolers has provided the following due dates for partial payments.  Class fee totals and amounts due can be found in your emailed invoice.  If you have not received an invoice, please check your spam/junk folders.  

25% due on August 20, 2026

50% due on October 8, 2026

75% due on January 14, 2027

100% due on March 18, 2027

These dates may or may not align with SUFS scholarship funding dates. Please budget and plan head. If the payment deadline arrives before your funding, you are still responsible to pay on time. Late fees* will be charged for all late payments, regardless of SUFS funding status.

Admininstrative and Facility Fees are included in every class fee total.  Administrative fees ($22 per class hour) are used to pay administrators and administrative services.  Facility fees ($13 per class hour) are paid to the church for use of the space, elecriticy, and materials used.

* A late fee of $20 will be charged on all overdue payments, regardless of amount, on the day after the due date and again every seven (7) days thereafter. Late fees cannot be paid with SUFS funds.
